My landline telephone no.[protected] under bhangakuthi exchange, bardhaman is fully dead from 17.01.2018. I contacted bhangakuthi exchange on 18.01.2018, they expressed their inability to repair the same as cables are disconnected by pwd dept in connection with road extension.
In that circumstances, i bound to surrender my said landline telephone on 09.02.2018 duly paying full bill of rs 566/- upto 07.02.2018 including disconnection period also (I. E. From 17.01.2018 to 07.02.2018). It is not understood, why bill has prepared for disconnection period also? Hence i request you to arrange refund the bill amount which i already paid for the disconnection period (I. E. From 17.01.2018 to 07.02.2018).
Again surprisingly on 28.02.2017 i received a sms, stating land line bill of the said telephone of rs 115/- on 01 02.2018 and the due date is 17.03.2018. This bill details are not available in bsnl portal also. It is not understood, why this 2nd bill has prepared, where as i have already paid the full amount of bill of dt. 07.02.2018 and no outstanding bill is pending. Kindly let me know the bill details and action taken at your end to cancel this 2nd bill and arrange to refund the bill amount which i already paid extra in previous bill for the disconnection period (I. E. From 17.01.2018 to 07.02.2018). Thanking you,
