From ten days i very disappointed I trying to connect helpline it's not connecting when I try to call someone all lines are busy I have to try 20 30 times .
Somehow i was able to register complaint 10 days ago. Till not a one has contacted me. And i have not been able to connect with the customer care for more than 50 days now. I trying call BSNLservice person name:Shivana mobile number 91 [protected] he told not do work worst worst service given by act .Please take action on him i what report to be email. As am currently working remotely. I need to attend the client call today, which is a very important thing. If i missed this, am going to take very very serious action towards the entire act fiber net. The bloody account people are working or sleeping in the office? What the hell you people are...
Please let me know the way to sort out this issue. Last 10 days, due to migration. If the issue persists this month too, and then i will go ahead with other service providers.

I have submitted a complaint on bsnl office’s customer care on 28th February 2017. They have not given me any feedback on my complaint. I just want to tell you that i dont have any trust in your company any more.
