Bharat Sanchar Nigam [BSNL] — Mobile Number Port

I have been trying to port my mobile number but am unsuccessful for every try. I have added the screenshot. I called up BSNL, they say porting services are not working. Then I tried from different network(Vi) but it was working fine. Please help

It's been a week since I started trying for the port process. Still not able to get the upc number. They said it would take one week to fix port servers, but still the same issue
