I have been using BSNL SIM for last 4 to 5 years without any problem. For last one year we are facing network problem and network coverage is totally non existent. We have changed the phone and updated with new bsnl sim but the problem is still the same.
We reported this problem to the customer care and nearest BSNL office but they told us to buy a new SIM or port the number to another network instead of solving the problem. We tried MNP by sending PORT 89********1 to 1900. But we have received a response that says "Your request for UPC has been delayed. Please wait while your request is being processed". After sometime "Request for UPC for your mobile number could not be processed. Please retry after some time" message received from BSNL.
We have initiated MNB several times but no response from BSNL. We have been facing this problem for almost a year and not even a single point signal is available. Please help me to solve this problem as soon as possible. Was this information helpful? |
