Bharat Sanchar Nigam [BSNL] — Mobile topup recharge

25/03/2017 i had recharge mobile topup 100 in [protected] in twice .in all time amount is debited but mobile topup not recharge please refund my amount or recharge mobile topup 100 in two time .my mobile number is [protected] and circle is upeast .please refund amount of 99in twice .lhad recharge mobile topup in bsnl portal .please solve my problem and refund my amount
