Bharat Sanchar Nigam [BSNL] — modem not available since four days | |
Sir, My new connection broadband number is [protected] which I got in 03 days before and its not working at all and modem is not available till now . I have tried to call bsnl person whose number is [protected], he not pick phone. I have called to customer care as well. I really like to able the govt broadband facility but such type of incident are really bad impression for customer. I request you to please look in to the matter and do the needful asap.
