Bharat Sanchar Nigam [BSNL] — money lost. error message shown during bill desk payment.

My account : sbi

I tried to recharge my number with bsnl 78 data offer. The amount was debited from my account but it did not reflect on my mobile number. I repeated the same and again i lost another 78 rs.

I don't know what happened, but overall i lost 156 rs from my account trying to do the recharge. Kindly refund all the amount back to its source.
