Bharat Sanchar Nigam [BSNL] — my broadband profile data rate not changed

My plan is hot star 500gb rs 949 per month which gives speed upto 50mbps

Buti recieve only 6mbps speed because bsnl doesnt change my data rate profile

I recieved only 700kbps download speed only...
