I am bsnl customer (Broadband user). My bsnl connection is cut before 3 days and i also complained to bsnl on 20.09.2016 but no respons.
Every month i am paying my bill properly to bsnl so i accepted good service from bsnl.
Like a problem is came every month and i handel loss in my cybercafe. But bsnl ever month recovery my full broadband bill.
