Bharat Sanchar Nigam [BSNL] — my land line and broadband not working.[protected]

On 22.6.2020 i have registered a compliant through 198 and the fault is not yet attended. The phone is dead.
I think there is no fault in home. No line breakage. I feel that it can be corrected from chavara exchange itself. Kindly do the needful.
