Bharat Sanchar Nigam [BSNL] — my landline connection is not working from 4 days. i have registered complaint before 4 days no reply

My landline connection is not working however not able to work on internet. I have register this complaint on 4th sept 2017 having id [protected] still no one come to resolve it. Its a ridiculous to say bad service provided by bsnl. Your sla is 24 - 48 hrs after register a service request and its now 4 days gone and no body came to resolve this request.

My broadband telephone No.[protected] with broad band connection near madappally govt college is running very low speed for the last 4 months. made complaints several time but no result. thinking of to surrender the connection .

My BSNL Mobile No. ([protected])-Sim No.[protected][protected] Sim No Not Looking gud ? When I switched on the phone, it shows PIN Blocked, Enter PUK Code. Please provide me with the PUK Code.
