Bharat Sanchar Nigam [BSNL] — my prepaid bsnl sim is not working from 1 jan 2020

My prepaid bsnl sim is not working from 1 jan 2020. And i did not get any information for recharge or any other problem.
My bsnl mobile no. Is [protected] & email id is [protected]@gmail.com
Please solve my problem asap.
My alternate mobile no is [protected] to contact me.
Network is coming in my mobile, but i am not getting any phone calls or any messages.

I have recharged my daughters mobile no [protected] for Rs.447/-on 7.1.20 with id:[protected].But she received messsage that her plan will expire on 7.1.20 if she will not furthur recharge.please do the needful

I didn't activate any service, but my balance deducted for the bsnl number [protected]. I recieved below message.

' Thanks for Subscribing to LoveDispensary(50404) service. You have been charged Rs.30.0 for 30 days. To Unsub send SMS STOP or call 155223(tollfree). '
