Bharat Sanchar Nigam [BSNL] — My SIM is not getting activated even after recharging it for 'n' number of times

This is sooooooooo frustrating, such a well known mobile service fails to reflect UPI transactions ... soo irritating, now I understand why everyone is switching their SIM from BSNL to other services, they provide instant notifications after every recharge...the customer care is asking me to recharge from a shop...I don't understand in which century they are living in...this mobile service is fit to be in the 20th century only...it is not adapting with the technology changes!! Worst services!!
