My BSNL Number is [protected].Bsnl has deducted wrong balance of Rs.12 for internet even after I off my net when data pack exhaust message was come but they are not refunding my Rs.12.Please help me to get my Rs.12 you are my last hope.BSNL has always deducted balance from customer mobile because everyone says that BSNL is a fraud and Bhai Sahab Nahi Lagega Network.You are my last hope please Refund My Rs.12
