I am Sairam Kavatavarapu. I've taken new broadband connection in July 2021. BSNL team was wrongly entered my name as Sriram instead of Sairam. I follow up them for name connection from last one month but my name not yet changed. I am unable to claim the bill due to this typo error.
Please help me to sort out this issue.
