M/s bsnl has erected tower in our premisses in majhaulia village, bisai patti, anchal - haya ghat, darbhanga bihar without our permission. After eight years and nos of complains made by us, they have declared that they have occupied 1250 sqft for which they will pay the rent @ rs 1/- per sqft. It is to bring in your kind notice that m/s bsnl is paying rent @ rs6/- per sqft in manigachi area in darbhanga itself which is more rural area than mine. Also without our consent m/s bsnl has continued to do the further construction activities (Transmissin line & tranformer erection) for which i have sent messages to mr.
