Dear Sir/Mam,

I have made a request for BSNL land line broadband plan change via self care portal in relation to Land line number- [protected].I received a system generated message(request submitted successfully) with a prelead ID - [protected].

I am enclosing copy of JPG image of that system message for your kind reference.No action has been taken till date;while request is made on 17/09/2016.
