I have taken connection - fiber broadband service from BSNL and paying amount every month to them, but I am getting LOS every days in a month, they are saying equipment failure or no electricity, I am not able to work properly because of this issue, not only me nearby homes are also facing the same issue because of them we again spending and recharging the mobiles and Jio Wi-Fi for internet and even if we call the technician the JTO no one is responding properly to the issue. if we register the complaint to customer care, they are taking it and next day I am getting a message its resolved, but it will not resolve so I am again spending time to complaint the same matter to BSNL but till now no proper measure has been taken from BSNL side. In state Kerala, Kollam district and Chunda are I have applied the connection from the BSNL office in Chunda I am getting the connection issue as far as I know. for your reference attaching my Bsnl connection number[protected].
