Bharat Sanchar Nigam [BSNL] — No network at my work place

Address:House no: 1469/50, st no 4, new nanda colony, kailash nagar road , ludhiana

I have port my number from Idea to bsnl two days ago, but after porting my bsnl sim did not show any network sometime it show only one or two tower but thats not enough to complete a call.
