Letter to sr. Account officer To The branch manager, Bsnl broadband department, Bhubaneswar, odisha Sub: complaint on bills (Either waive off the charges or disconnect the connection). Dear sir, This is in reference to our number broadband billing account number [protected]. Please note that we have been facing a problem for the last 3 months. I have lodged so many complaints about my faulty internet connection, which was dead or not working. I came to know that some works are going on in my area at sastri nagar bhubaneswar. Now the connection issues resolved, bearing the docket number [protected]. As for the last 2 to 3 months, i could not use the internet very well with lots of connection problems and deadlock. I am getting the bills regularly without any services, and no visit from the bsnl personnel has been made so far during those days. I would request if you waived off all the charges on the bill or discontinue the connection. We are not going to pay for the services we have not availed because of no connection for the last 2– 3 months. Please treat this matter as urgent and close the connection asap.
