My bsnl landline[protected] out of order since February 2020. Oral Complaints in local office. No response. Online complaint in may 2020.
Still, bills paid upto may 2020.
Multiple complaints on [protected], not resolved.
Repeated Demands of Bill amounts by sms as well as telephone.
Not a single call nor a single kb in last more than 6 months.
Message of disconnection.
