This is to bring to your kind notice that my Telephone bill is over charged since two months.My Land line number is 23030420.I was getting a monthly bill upto Rs.350/- since many years.You can check my bill history..Since last month to my surprise the bill has shot up to Rs.877/-

Hence I request you to rectify billing error and refund the over charged amount or adjust it in the coming months.
