Bharat Sanchar Nigam [BSNL] — non-receipt of response regarding recharge facility was not correct as per prescribed tariff plan value: very urgent the prescribed data

Reply is still awaited against Grievance Registered; Docket Number Is : APR/CO/2017/3976.

That as per tariff facility showing unlimited 2G/3G DATA (4GB/day) valid from 26/10/2017 to 23/01/2018on Rs. 489/- recharge (photo copy is attached here). As per my need I recharged the same on 02.11.2017, but the data was provided to me only 2GB/day.

Hence, I requested to give the facility as per the given tariff plan which is urgently required to me please
