I am a bsnl pensioner, drawing my pension at canara bank, srirangam, trichy. My pension is credited by cppc bangalore. I was receiving sms alert on pension credit upto february 2018. From march 2018 onwards no alerts received. They say they have sent sms and got the report as delivered whereas the sms has not reached my handset. Please solve this issue. My mail id. Bharat Sanchar Nigam [BSNL] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. May 03, 2018 Updated by T Uppili Srinivasan I am receiving sms alerts for my fund transfer, atm withdrawals etc whereas only pension credit alerts are not received. It is a specific issue. Hence it has to be sorted out by BSNL and Canara Bank CPPC end.
