I was using bsnl connection of ll/bb for the last many years & as the same was not reqd. Any more, the ll/bb. Was disconnected on 26/06/2017. The ll appratus was deposited on reciept of information about disconnection. But till date the security/ cost of ll appratus has not been refunded. My ph. No. Was[protected]. You are reqested to kindly arrange solve the complaint at the earliest.

I have cleared my all dues on 20/09/2017 for my landline no.[protected].There is no connection as this number has been disconnected from May/June 2017 still I am sent bills on this number.Please disconnect this number as it has already been deactivated and request you not to send any more bills, please.
