Bharat Sanchar Nigam [BSNL] — Not able to make call and receive while showing full network | |||
Sir, i am a regular customer of bsnl from last 14 years. From last 7 months I am not able to make call and receive call while showing full network coverage, for making a call I have to dial a number for 7-8 times and if any person tries to call me then it speaks that: Number is not reachable, and if he redial again and again for 7-8 times then call connect, and voice quality is too bad. I am using bsnl number [protected], i am not only the person affected by this problem but also whole area bsnl user had same problem from last 7 months. Many a time I complained customer care and they replied: Problem is resolved, but still same situation exist. Once on my first complain (it was made five months ago) on this issue they really resolve the situation for 3 days, after that it is still same. Recently I made complaint regarding this issue on 24 march 2017 then authority replies with: Dear customer, we have booked your complaint. The docket number for your complaint is - 2C24874103. And after some days on 27 march 2017 I get another reply: Dear Customer, Your complaint No. 2C24874103 has been closed & resolution status is " PROBLEM SOLVED". If you are not satisfied with the redressal of your complaint then you may mail to Appellate Authority [protected]@bsnl.co.in or FAX on [protected]. Thank You. But Sir, problem is still same. Then after I put an emailed to appellate authority on 27 march 2017 but not any response by the authority in these last 7 days. Area where problem occurs is osian in jodhpur district, rajasthan, 342303. My prayer to honorable authority is to resolve the above mentioned problem immediately.
