Bharat Sanchar Nigam [BSNL] — not getting deposit money of bsnl landline

I surendered my landphone of bsnl on[protected] and applied for getting deposit money. But i have not received deposit money my phone number[protected]. Igave reminder in rampurhat bsnl office but in vain take nessary action so that ican get it my mob no [protected] i took th phone from rampurhat bsnl office. My postal address is dilipdhar, kunjakutir e 1 doctorpara rampurhat pin 71224

Dear Sir
I have deposited amount of Rs.3941/- for bsnl landline connection in year 2014. but BSNL not get connection up to till dated. I have applied for returning security amount on 27.03.2015 but till time it is not refunded.
BSNL officers are requested to try to solve our matter as soon as possible.
