Bharat Sanchar Nigam [BSNL] — not getting telephone bill | |||
Sir I am barindra lal datta a senior citizen, having bsnl telephone no[protected]. I amnot recieving the telephone bill for last one year, thats why i had to pay fine due to late deposit of money. But it is the responsibility of bsnl to send bill to my home address, but after repeated complaints i didnt recieve the bill, though bsnl is charging service tax. Please see into the matter. The refund of Security amount yet to receive. Kindly inform the status about this since 4 months have passed.

There was no internet at all and I complained many times, but all they said was they can't do anything. After all I stopped using internet and also bsnl itself disconnect the internet. But after two months, there is no internet connection but still they are sending me monthly bills on add on and add on. What is this? it is so annoying.
