Hi,
I am not receiving my upc code after sending "PORT [protected]" to 1900,
I am receiving messages as:
UPC cannot be generated as there are subsisting contractual obligations with your service provider. Please contact your service provider for further assistance.
I have already connected with customer care regarding the issue before, and they asked me to wait for 72 hours. But it was of no use, still the same message is coming from 1901.
please look into the attachment for original reply from 1901.
