Just because I happened to have BSNL my days are not being good.
There was pathetic network speed, when enquired I was told to upgrade to 4g.
When I visited the office ( BSNL - Sulur branch 641-402 ) I was treated absolutely like a piece of ### by the women sitting there .
She was so reluctant even to speak & told simply except for the Aadhar card no oher proof would be accepted.
she spoke so much & insulted as if I was some beggar who had requested her something just like that as a favour.WHen I asked why are you treating like this she was like note my name I'm from so & so contract service provider . Do whatever you can & now get lost from here.
( definitely its not the typical ego clash, I have been extremely humble & in requesting mode, but still I dont know for whatever reason she fired me like that )
After being honoured so much with the royal service I decided to port to some other network .
Now when I tried that you are not providing me with UPC code .
I called multiple times to 1503 & they say server down, try again in 24 hours.
Now I'm simply wasting money to send this port SMS again & again.
FIrst of all when the request is not processed because of your fault. Why should I even raise a request again by default it should be in your que list right.. & you should update once the server is ready.
Its almost 10+ days now.
My day today work & professional job is getting affected a lot.
Why do you toruture us like this?
I know even for this there won't be any big response from your side.
But still I am sending this to have on record the struggle that I have undergone.
have already raised a complaint in the consumer portal further. I'll process it to all the possible levels from my side.
Stay blessed ! Keep torturing the citizens like this even in this testing times !!
