Myself Nanda Kumar, i have took the new BB combo 699 plan on 27th august 2016 and still waiting for the connection to come, i was running to the local bsnl exchange daily and got fed up this saturday(17 sept-2016) and went to DGM office flower bazzar to file a complaint and did the same and was told that the connection will be given for sure on the same day and still no further updates, this is the worst ever service provided by an government organization, no one is working in the bsnl ofice, whenever i go there, they will say if i get order from AE only i will give connection, but if i ask the AE she will say that i have issued the order to the line man and he is not doing his work, is this a way a person of such reputation can speak. Her name is Banumathy(Ae Pidariyar kovil street BSNL exchange) i spoke to DE(Muthukumar) as well and to DGM too still no response, i don't want such a lazy non working organizations connection at my home with the future being foreseen now that how i will get my problems address in the future if have to come across any such, please do me a favour by looking into this issue, if the same ouldn't be solved within today i want my money back including the landline which i bought from BSNL which costs 600 INR Was this information helpful? |
