Bharat Sanchar Nigam [BSNL] — Not proper internet speed

My number for BSNL is 2511020, its a new connection, i have opted for ADSL broadband of 499 plan. Where i should get 8 mbps of speed. But speed that i get when check is only 1 mbps to 1.5.mbps always. Please get my issue fixed or i will be forced to cancel the broadband and telephone line. Plz help.

Updated by The Neeraj Kumar Please help me if some one can. I have also.complained the same to local exchange and person who provided land line and broadband but issue is still same.
