I’m writing for my father dr. K. A. Srinivasan who is 93 years old.
His landline number is

He is not receiving monthly bill any more.
He only receives a message on his cell phone. He does not have a smart phone and he can not operate a computer to get bill details online.
Please do the needful for him to get the monthly detailed paper bill.

The above landline is dead since last 4 months. Complaint lodged Via docket No.[protected] dt 1.8.2019. Still getting bill. Phone still dead. No responsible staff attend at BSNL office. Received call from BSNL asking for payment of dead landline. An old rental rebate is still pending. Copy attached.
