Hi consumercourt, I had planned to port my bsnl prepaid number [protected] to another operator. Thus i sent port < [protected]> to 1900, twice on 12th dec 2017. I couldn't get upc code till now. I complained to customer care on 13 th dec 2017, for it, Complaint no 1l[protected] and 1l13382638. Yet i have not got the upc. I need to port, due to network issues.
