[Resolved]  Bharat Sanchar Nigam [BSNL] — Not resolving internet issue

Address:At Bhairavnath Temple. Bhairavnath cross road, maninagar Ahmedabad 380008

Registered complaint for internet not working multiple times . BSNL is stating issue is resolved. However there is still issue and my landline and broadband is still down. Tried calling the service guy who's number is in my bill to reach out to during internet issue. He is also not picking up phone. My landline number is [protected]. Having issue since 1st March. Registered complaint multiple time so far. However BSNL guys are closing the ticket saying it's resolve. No one is responding and trying to solve my issue. I have opened a new ticket again.
