Bharat Sanchar Nigam [BSNL] — one landline and internet not working properly for last couple of years

Dear sir/madam,

I am a bsnl broadband user with landline home phone. We are experiencing un acceptable noise in the landline phone for the past couple of years and severe disturbance in the broadband connection too. We have made multiple complaints but, the solution was always temporary. We need permanent fix for this issue.

So, i kindly request you to provide us permanent solution for this problem.
