I used my HDFC debit card to make an online payment for Rs 397.00 towards recharge of mobile no[protected] on 04Nov22. This payment was completed after receiving OTP from HDFC. My account has also been debited for the said amount. However BSNL have indicated the transaction has failed and recharge has not been effected.
Please look into the matter and do the needful to reverse the charges to my HDFC account.
