Sir, This is inform you that I have bsnl prepaid mobile no [protected] recharge on 17.10.2020 through official website bsnl online recharge portal Rs. 328, transaction ID IGAJQOAGO6 but it was failed to recharge. the refund of failed transaction is not been received.
