I jahindra singh, dist-munger (Bihar) purchased a sim card ([protected]) on 14/10/17. This sim card was firstly was not activated till 16/10/17. When i contact the customer care (1503) & (1507), they suggested to get a 5 rupees frc done and so i did it. But the sim card was not activated and no network was shown. On 17/10/17 for the first time ever the sim card showed network and so the verification process was done. After the verification was completed, i had been informed by the customer care representative that the incoming and outgoing call facility will be activated in 2 hours. After 2 hour only the incoming call facility was activated but the outgoing facility was yet not activated. Again after talking to the customer care, i was told that my sim card is activated but outgoing is not available because of no positive balance in my account. Following this i recharged my phone with 100 rupees which gave me talktime 81.74. Even after doing so, the outgoing facility is unavailable.
