Dear Sir,
I m using BSNL postpaid no. [protected] since Apr 2022 (Bihar) and experiencing badly that BSNL all india customer service i.e.[protected] not responding for my complaint and saying that this service is for only Haryana region and given me two numbers of customer care Bihar which is not longer used..I don't understand how to resolve my complaint..Therefore, I compelled to register my following complaint by this email:-
Complaint- My BSNL postpaid no. [protected] is not working for outgoing/incoming calls and even SMS inspite bill paid Rs 471/- two times (one from phonepe and second from BSNL self-care) on 10th Jun 2022... (screenshots attd)..Request fix the problem to avoid my financial hardship...
