I’m writing this letter to compliant about the overbilling in my Telephone Bill for the month of June' 2020.
I got the connection on the second week of April and along with April month’s bill, I already paid all one time payments. As everyone knows onetime payment is only once.
In my July month’s bill also there is an amount as onetime payment, Please clarify the purpose & please do mention how many times you charge the same under different categories and I’m really not able to understand the purpose you listed in the bill, as a customer it’s my right to know to what I am paying for.
