Bharat Sanchar Nigam [BSNL] — Overbilling of landline and mobile

Dear Sir/Madam

I have paid my bsnl bills on 2nd march 2017 for landline no[protected] and also GSM mobile 9435also 409880.
The amount paid were Rs.292 and Rs.527, the amount was paid from my sbi account directly through net on 2nd March 2017

Now my new bill is showing that my new bill for landline Bill Number & Date[protected]APR-2017 and Bill Period 01-MAR[protected]MAR-2017 is Previous Balance 303.1 and Current Bill Amount 332.46, the Amount Payable is 636.0.

for the mobile also Mobile Number [protected]

Invoice Number[protected]
Invoice Date 05-APR-17
Payment Due Date 28-APR-17
the bill shows previous balance 452, current bill 567.4 and so total payable is 1019.

I request you to kindly look into the matter and rectify the same.
