Bharat Sanchar Nigam [BSNL] — payment of landline bill[protected] paid through post office 122104 but show pending

R/sir,
I already pay my bill of jun-17 on[protected] at post office 122104 ferozpur jhirka.
But now it also included in my next bill of july-17 with penalty, i paid my this months bill only. But now it shown pending bill amount 1072/- of june-17. Kindly resolve this problem and update pendig amount.
