My landline phone number[protected] was dead and not working for past 6 days. A complaint has been raised twice however the complaint has been closed without restoring my landline connection. My landline connection still dead as of now. I have re-raised complaint once again today through IVR. For past 4 months, each and every month my landline was dead for more than 15 to 20 days. Now in this month it's already 6 days gone. I have received bill for Rs.388 for the month of October 2022 however no adjustments made yet for the month of October. This issue is getting prolonged for more than 4 months with main cable issues and this can't be entertained at all. I had conversation with AE today they said the issue will be resolved by today and also my bill will be adjusted however the issue was not yet resolved and also my bill was never adjusted. It's an involuntary churn. We are unhappy with the service with BSNL Chennai Telephones. Rather provide uninterrupted landline services or do adjustments when the problem persists. I have no other choice. Please find the attached screenshot of my complaint and restore my connection ASAP and also adjust my October 2022 ASAP. Without any service this doesn't make any sense paying bills henceforth. It's simple when bills are getting paid correctly on or before due date, the same I expect uninterrupted services from BSNL Landline Chennai Telephones.
