Bsnl service is a wast for public peoples...
In bsnl working officers have two big horns in there head, bcoz they are central government employs. Even though they don't even know the meaning of broadband.
My number[protected], last 8 months broadband often working (Dsl will break 5-10 times in an hour), and paying bill for 8 months.
When we call and explain about the issue to the jto, they just tell change the modem, now in my home having 3 working modem.. Even though the complaint is not resolved...
After this, i stopped complaining to jto,
I called the engineer working in bsnl, who is superior to the jto,
When i contacted at first time he asked about all the details and came to my home to check the problem. 2-3 times he visited my home. Here after also the complaint not resolved, after 1 month over, we again and again calling him, after 1 month he talking as we complained that the broadband is slow...
And the usage is normal, then we explain again, after he is telling, hooo you complained as the dsl is breaking, not about the speed...
What to tell about these central government educated persons...
Daily we are calling them, they looking into the complain last 8 months.
This same complaint facing by our surrounding peoples also...
