I have been using bsnl fibernet service for a year and all those time the connectivity has been like very very bad.in a month atleast for 10 days it won't work. Need to raise multiple complaints to notify them. After a week they'll respond. Fed up of there service. The only time they call is to check after a week is to close the request. For new year too not able to use the internet because of them. Have again raised a complaint and as before no response.
