Bharat Sanchar Nigam [BSNL] — poor signal and services of broadband connection no[protected]

I am broad band user of bsnl since last fifteen years. But now broad band signal services from last sixx month is very poor inspite of repeated requests.. Now this bsnl connection had become a great headachr for allmember of family. I will feel highly obliged if you very kindly diconnect the said connection against no [protected] at vpo mangla chamba permanently within a weeks tme possitively.
