Hi,
I am trying to porting out from bsnl to another network and one day after submitting request sometimes i get a call from bsnl (Somethimes not get any call) they asked why i requested to port out and i will explain it and requested to him/her to accept my porting request but after an hour i get a message that is your current operator cancel porting request. Then after i call to bsnl customer service number but they are not explaining anything.
I am trying to porting out from june 2016 and approx 10 times my request was rejected.
Can you please explain why are all these happens?
