Bharat Sanchar Nigam [BSNL] — post paid no sms and incoming calls | |||
I have a BSNL post paid mob connection at Bareilly. Since one month the SMS services and Incoming calls have stopped completely. I have visited BSNL customer care office personally in Bareilly several times and they ask for 24 hrs. Because of this issue, I am unable to get calls or even OTP generation is not possible. Bharat Sanchar Nigam [BSNL] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Dec 26, 2020 Updated by asha2jagdish Airtell office was approached based on interaction with BSNL office personally on 26 Dec . Now Airtell office at Bareilly too has now confirmed that there are no dues from their side.
