[Resolved] Bharat Sanchar Nigam [BSNL] — Prepaid Broadband not working for 2 weeks | |||
This was regarding the bsnl prepaid broadband service, I am happy and prospective subscriber using prepaid broadband services at both kolkata and chennai. It was perfectly working fine and it stopped working from 17- Jul-2021. I have tried to contact the prepaid broadband team at bangalore by calling to their landline number., No one answers the call. And I had dropped mail also but there was no reply from the prepaid broadband team and issue still remains the same. There was other teams from bsnl who contacted me and got the relevant details to debug the issue. But still there was no progress from bsnl prepaid broadband team. Can someone from prepaid broadband team resolve the issue? Was this information helpful? | |||
Jan 1, 2022 Complaint marked as Resolved My kolkata prepaid broadband amount of rs 2346 was refunded to my bank account. BSNL prepaid broadband has been stopped now totally. Bharat Sanchar Nigam [BSNL] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |||
